Our Standards & Glossary
PCH Pure: Our Standards & Transparency Glossary
At PCH Pure, we believe that transparency is the foundation of trust. We hold our entire supply chain to the highest global standards to ensure that every garment we produce is as kind to the planet as it is to your skin.
- GOTS Certified Organic Cotton: We use cotton certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard. This is the "gold standard" for organic fibers, ensuring no synthetic pesticides or GMOs are used from seed to shelf, while protecting the social rights of the farmers.
- OEKO-TEX® Standard 100: Every item in our collection is tested for harmful substances. This independent certification ensures our clothing is safe, non-toxic, and gentle even on the most sensitive skin.
- Zero-Discharge Dyeing: Following the rigorous "Detox to Zero" guidelines, our dyeing processes ensure that no hazardous chemicals are discharged into the environment. We use low-impact, fiber-reactive dyes that are better for the water and for you.
- Ethical Manufacturing (SA8000 & WRAP): Our production partners are audited under the highest social accountability standards. This guarantees fair living wages, safe working conditions, and a 100% prohibition on forced or child labor.
- The Circular Loop: We design for the future. Every PCH Pure garment is designed to be returned and remade at the end of its life. By recycling old fibers into new yarn, we help eliminate textile waste and promote a circular economy.
- Renewable Energy Production: Our garments are manufactured in facilities powered by wind and solar energy. By utilizing natural power, we significantly reduce the carbon intensity of our manufacturing compared to industry averages.
- Plastic-Free Shipping: We have eliminated single-use plastic from our primary packaging. Your order arrives in 100% recyclable paper-based mailers, designed to be repurposed or returned to the earth.
