At PCH Pure, every order is made on demand, powered by renewable energy, and shipped in sustainable, plastic-free packaging.
We’re proud to offer a transparent, planet-friendly shipping experience designed to leave you (and the Earth) smiling.

🌊 Production Time

Our production process begins within seconds after you place your order.
 Most products leave our EU facility the next working day.

However, to ensure accuracy and consistency, we recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production.

In rare cases, if an order contains items from different factories, we may ship them separately. You’ll receive individual shipping confirmations for each parcel.

✈️ Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are typically:

  • United States: 10 – 20 working days
  • European Union: 10 – 15 working days
  • Rest of World: 10 – 25 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs, courier delays, or seasonal factors.

🔍 Tracking Information

Every order includes a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
 However, please note that tracking links may not display detailed courier updates.
This number serves as confirmation that your order has left our facility and is in transit.

💌 Late Delivery Policy

While we aim for every parcel to arrive on time, international shipping can sometimes take longer than expected.

If your order arrives later than 20 working days from the shipping date, we’ll send you a $5 “Sorry Coupon” as our way of saying thank you for your patience and support.

To claim your coupon, please email help@pchpure.com with your Order ID and delivery confirmation date.

🌱 Sustainable Packaging

All PCH Pure orders are shipped in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging made from natural, recyclable materials.
 Our paper mailers are rip-proof and splash-proof, and larger orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape.

Minimal waste. Maximum protection. Always sustainable.

⏳ Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, couriers recommend waiting an additional period before declaring it lost:

  • EU: 28 days
  • US: 35 days
  • International: 35 days

If that time has passed, contact us at support@pchpure.com with your PCH Pure Order ID.
 We’ll reach out to the courier to activate the “lost parcel” process and immediately resend your order.
